Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from our online store. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund (less shipping and handling charges, if any). You may return any Product (as defined below) purchased directly from our online store in accordance with the terms below.

The following conditions must be met in order to qualify for a refund:

• A return must be requested within 30 days of your purchase date. You must return the products back to 90 Seconds To Wow using FedEx, UPS or US Postal Service. Return package must have tracking label. Contact Customer Service at: customerservice@90secondstowow.comto start the return process.
  
  
• You must return the Product to 90 Seconds To Wow to receive a refund. The returned Product must be in good physical condition (not damaged) and in its original packaging. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return. All items must be in good physical condition.
• You must use the return label provided by Customer Service to return your Product.
• We will refund the cost of the Product to your original payment method, less any shipping and handling charges that you paid.

Additional terms and conditions:

• Shipping and handling charges, if any, are not refundable.
• If you seek to return a Product to 90 Seconds To Wow (a) without a return label provided by 90 Seconds To Wow or (b) without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase, 90 Seconds To Wow may, in its discretion, either refuse acceptance of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 22% of the original price of the Product(s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher.
• 90 Seconds To Wow shall not issue a refund until the returned Product has been received and examined by 90 Seconds To Wow.
  
  

Limitation Of Damages

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 90 SECONDS TO WOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA, RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF 90 SECONDS TO WOW HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE MAXIMUM DAMAGES TO BE PAID BY 90 SECONDS TO WOW WILL BE THE COST OF THE TRANSACTION. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Note to residents of New Jersey: the foregoing Limited Warranty will not apply to you, except as otherwise permitted by New Jersey law.

Governing Law

This Return Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, Orange County jurisdiction, without regard to any conflict of laws principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction.
